CPI Ningxia Energy Aluminum Qingxin Carbon Co.,Ltd. is a joint-stock company specializes in producing and researching cathode block used for aluminum smelter, which is also one of the nation's largest manufacturer of cathode block, the member of China Carbon Association, the drafter of the National Administration of Light Industry Standards Committee’s technical standards of cathode carbon.

The company is located in Qingtongxia City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of China, the 109 State Road and the Baolan railway are located on the east and west of the company respectively, a special railway line pass through the plant，so the transportation is very convenient. The company was designed by GAMI, and established in October 1999, the total investment is 640 million RMB. The company owns two separate production lines of graphitic products and graphitized products, with the modern production equipment, advanced production technology, the company has reached the production capacity of 40,000 tons cathode products used for aluminum smelter.

The company has passed the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and has acquired the related certificates issued by the National Quality Assurance Limited. All of these make the company’s management accord with the international standards.

At present, the company's products are sold to more than 10 large domestic aluminum companies such as the CHALCO aluminum Group ,the Qingtongxia Aluminum Group, and the Qimingxing Aluminum Company, etc. , the products are also exported to Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Sweden, the United States, Brazil, India and other countries.
